The PTSD Online Training Center for Primary Care Providers will make use of contemporary internet training tools to improve the proficiency of primary care providers in the recognition and basic management of PTSD. By syncing many of general aims and strategies currently in use by resources such as RESPECT-Mil, this proposal creates a powerful online-education tool that can either stand on its own or be quickly integrated into ongoing DoD educational efforts. The online training developed and tested in this proposal will address gaps in the current portfolio of training resources for primary care providers by offering the following key benefits:
